You can forge this outright, it's a great high rank starting weapon when you kill the high rank pukei-pukeis. I used it successfully vs Nergigante

When hitting triple-charge, this "duster" sprouts a bunch of spikes. Doesn't do anything afaik, just looks cool. Must-have weapon for your maid fetish.
