Critical Eye is a Skill in Monster Hunter World (MHW).
Critical Eye Effect
Critical Eye is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
Level 1: +5% Affinity- Level 2: +10% Affinity
- Level 3: +15% Affinity
- Level 4: +20% Affinity
- Level 5: +25% Affinity
- Level 6: +30% Affinity
- Level 7: +40% Affinity
Prior to Iceborne patch, the affinity values are 3/6/10/15/20/25/30%.

AnonymousI just reached Critical Eye lvl 7 by putting together Strategist's Spectacles Alpha, Odogaron Coil Beta and Master's Charm III. However I don't have 40% Affinity, only 30%, what gives? And no, I don't have a weapon with -10% equipped right now.

I still dont understand this nonsense. there's a deco called critical eye - this one - and then there's a deco called expert, which does the exact same thing, but it's on none of the tables I look at, but it sure does exist.

I made 100% affinity (when Stamina is full) with Glavenus armor, Maximum Might lvl 5 affinity +40% when stamina is full, Critical Eye lvl 7 affinity +40% and couple LS has affinity +20%-30%. Also have Affinity Sliding that gives temporary +30% affinity after Sliding. Now figuring out how to add Critical Boost to this...
