Felyne Safeguard is a Food Skill in Monster Hunter World (MHW).

Prevents your group from being penalized the first time a member faints.
Activation Source
The buff requires six ingredients from the Preparation category, therefore the only valid options are the following drinks:
- Greathorn's Gulp
- Auspicious Ale
- Butterbrew
- Fortified Honeywine
- Entrancing Alembic
- Tequila Del Locos
Notes
- It can stack with the daily skill Felyne Insurance.
- Felyne Safeguard does not stack when multiple members drink for it.

This should be more precisely described as 'Prevents you group from being penalized for the first feint.' It sounds like every member gets 1 free cart when in reality it is just ONE for the whole group. Also, not sure what happens if 2+ people have this. Does it consume all safeguards or do you get multiple free carts?
