Health Booster + in Monster Hunter World (MHW) is a type of Specialized Tool added with the paid 
Iceborn Expansion. When placed down it releases a mist of green vapors that restore the health of any Hunter inside it.
How to Get Health Booster +
- Successfully complete MR2 optional quests Fool's Mate and Pink Power Grab.
- (To unlock "Pink Power Grab", you need to unlock the cleanser booster and then encounter a Pink Rathian.
- After completing the two quests above, successfully Hunt a MR Rathian and a MR Pink Rathian in an MR2 quest obtained from Seliana Armory: Feisty Girl Talk
Health Booster + Notes
- Upgrade of Standard Health Booster.
- Visually distinct from standard, fount is more geyser-like and covers a wider area
- The cooldown of this Specialized Tool begins at the end of it effect

I just completed the pink power grab quest without doing the fools mate, yet still got the feisty girl talk quest.

they need to fix this...its NOT SITE a Pink Rathian, its CAPTURE. im not sure which rank? but if you dont wanna waste your time, do an MR Pink( if that doesnt work go to HR), CAPTURE IT and the Pink Power Grab should appear. if you completed Fools mate, after completing the Power Grab, the Selina Armory should have the quest Feisty Girl Talk.
i fought a dozens of pink rathains, think it was bugged, but the moment i capture one, the pink power grab appeared.

There is an error you dont need to kill HR rathian and pink. Its MR versions

Complete 'Pink Power Grab' and 'Fool's Mate' in MR2 optional quest then talk to the girl in the armory and she should give you the 'Feisty Girl Talk'.
