Heroics is a Skill in Monster Hunter World (MHW).
Heroics Effect
Heroics is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
Level 1: While active, increases Defense by 50 points (value changed in patch 6.02)- Level 2: While active, increases Attack Power by 5% and increases Defense by 50 points
- Level 3: While active, increases Attack Power by 5% and increases Defense by 100 points
- Level 4: While active, increases Attack Power by 10% and increases Defense by 100 points
- Level 5: While active, increases Attack Power by 15% and increases Defense by 100 points
- Level 6: While active, increases Attack Power by 25% and increases Defense by 150 points (requires Heroics Secret)
- Level 7: While active, increases Attack Power by 40% and increases Defense by 150 points (requires Heroics Secret)

- Diablos Mail Alpha (x1)
- Diablos Mail Alpha + (x2)
- Diablos Mail Beta + (x1)
- Guild Palace Mail Alpha + (x1)
- Guild Palace Mail Beta + (x1)
- Orion Boots Alpha (x1)
- Diablos Nero Greaves Alpha (x1)
- Guild Palace Greaves Alpha + (x3)
- Guild Palace Greaves Beta + (x2)
- Buff Legs Alpha + (x2)
- Grand God's Peer Feet Alpha + (x2)
- Grit Charm I (x1)
- Grit Charm II (x2)
- Grit Charm III (x3)
- Grit Charm IV (x4)
- Grit Charm V (x5)

dont use this skill. Use felyne heroics as it increases raw by 35%, this one increases raw by 40% and it takes 7 skill points. use those points somewhere else like maybe running guts, resentment, divine blessing etc. Dont discount this skill though. Attack boost 7 on a weapon that has 300 true raw damage (discounting bloat damage values) only increases attack by 6% to put it into perspective.

What kind of build would use heroics 7? You'd have to be living life on the edge the whole time lol

Well this is totally wrong. "Increases attack power and defence when health drops to 35% or lower". Each level's number is correct however.
does the effect end if you heal while it is active?
