Kjarr Hammer Water is a special Hammer weapon that can only be obtained through "The Fury of El Dorado" Kulve Taroth Siege Event quest and Awakening Alchemy. Kjarr weapons are "Incandescent" weapons that are obtained by triggering AT Kulve Taroth's "Fury" mode.
