Mega Demondrug is a Craftable consumable Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). These useful items can be crafted with Items gathered in the field and brought along on hunts.

 

Boosts your attack power even more than a regular Demondrug.

Mega Demondrug can be consumed from the Item Bar while in the field to increase Raw (Physical) Attack Power by 7. This boost lasts until carting or Quest completion, and This buff stacks with boosts to Attack Power from Hunting Horn melodies, Canteen meals, and other consumables - with the exception of Demondrug, whose effect is replaced by the Mega variant.

How to Acquire Mega Demondrug

Mega Demondrug is obtained through Crafting or at the Elder Melder in Astera. This requires 80 ResearchPoints_icon32x32Research Points and 100 MeldingPoints_icon32x32 Melding Points (utilizes advanced Melding Items.)

      Using Pandemonium’s Wrath and Stacking this with Might Nut, Might Pill, and the Power Charm and Talon, I took down a GL Tzitzi, Rathian, Nightshade Paolumu, Pukei, Radobaan, and Girros in the span of 40 minutes

        Never worth it. The extra 2 attack over regular Demondrug won’t even give you 1% more damage, and the extract is stupidly hard to gather due to the extremely niche sources. Even regular Demondrug is so weak it’s only worth using because you have little reason not to.

          To make one you need to farm; 1 Bitterbug, 1 Honey, combine them into Catalyst. Combine Catalyst with 1 Might Seed to make Demondrug. Combine that with 1 Nourishing Extract to get the Mega Demondrug. Would advise cultivating Bitter Bug and Honey x2, then Adamant Seed and Might Seed to craft tons of drugs and upgrade them to mega whenever you get nourishing extracts.
