A special plant from the Ancient Forest. Radiates like the full moon.
How to get Moonlit Mushroom
This item can be obtained by finding the unique gathering point spawning only during "Flourishing: Mushrooms" in the Ancient Forest. If you take on the 1 star quest "Fungal Flexin' in the Ancient Forest" that gathering point for the Moonlit Mushroom spawns 100% of the time. Gathering it for the first time will unlock the Moonlit Mushroom ingredient at the Canteen.
To get the item, exit the Northeast Camp (11) to the west and fall down the brushy area, keep heading west under some branches:

when I was hunting indigents, a arrowhead gecko(rare pet) always showed up, I think it was leading me to these rare spots. don't know but I have about 6 arrowhead gecko's
