How to get Noahstone

This item can be obtained by finding the unique gathering point spawning only during "Upsurge: Beryl Deposits" in the Elder's Recess. Gathering it for the first time will unlock the Fiery Seabream ingredient at the Canteen.

To get to this item, go to sector 8 and look west, where some Gajalaka like to hang out:
