Safe Landing is a Skill in Monster Hunter World (MHW).
Safe Landing Effect
Safe Landing is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
Level 1: Allows you to quickly recover from heavy attacks that blow you back when you have your weapon unsheathed.
Equipment that grants Safe Landing
You can increase the level of Safe Landing by equipping the following items.
- None
- Acrobat Jewel 3 (can be melded after unlocking Guiding Lands)

As a white mage build with wide range and free meal secret, it helps out immensely to heal the team sooner after a huge knockback to prevent someone getting 2 shot. If you're not a healer I dont see the point

I tested this out, and it seems almost intentionally terrible. First of all, when it actually activates all it does is reduce the time needed to get up by about 25%. If it worked all the time it might at least be mediocre. But the bigger problem is that it only activates on hits that knock you back, but not down completely, and without stunning you. The ones where you kinda tumble backward and then get up slowly.
It causes you to do a little acrobatic flip back onto your feet, very slightly speeding the recovery up. The hits that lay you out flat, or any hits that stun you, get zero benefit.

Goes good with stun resistance 3, divine blessing and regen "face tanking build". Really good with great sword. Do note that against ultra aggressive monsters like Rajang and Ruiner it's a death wish you absolutely need the iframes you get when knocked down.
