The Armory is an NPC in Monster Hunter World (MHW). NPCs are non-playable characters that interact with the Hunter during the story or optional activities in game.
The Armory is found in Astera's Workshop along with the Smithy, where Hunters can Forge and Upgrade Equipment.
A woman from the Second Fleet runs the Armory workshop. She manages all of the weapons in Astera. She also makes efforts to develop Specialized Tools and seeks hunters to aid that development. Needless to say, the hunters of the Fifth Fleet have caught her attention.
Quests & Services
The Armory offers fully build starting Equipment. This includes Weapons from both the Iron and Bone Weapon trees along with the low-rank Leather, Chainmail, Hunter's, Bone, Alloy, and High Metal Armor Sets.
In addition, the Armory clerk will occasionally offer Optional Quests and Deliveries to develop Specialized Equipment for the Hunter.
