Thunderblight is a Status Effect from an Elemental Damage type in Monster Hunter World (MHW). Monsters with Thunder Element will produce shocking attacks that can result in this status. Thunderblight can only be inflicted on Hunters by Monster attacks.
Note that Thunderblight has no relation to the Status Ailment Paralysis, even though they are visually similar.

Effect on Hunters
While under the effects of Thunderblight, a Hunter will be more susceptible to Stun. This effect lasts for one minute or until the Hunter is stunned.
Curing Thunderblight
Thunderblight can be cured by consuming a Nulberry or using a Cleanser Booster, or it can be prevented entirely by having 20 Thunder Resistance, the Blight Resistance Skill, the Blight Res Up or Blight Negated effects from the Hunting Horn, or by wearing the Thunderproof Mantle.
Alternatively, it can be countered by preventing Stun with the Stun Resistance Skill.
Dodge-rolling will take about one second off the remaining effect duration.

just hunted a zinogre that stunned me like 4 times so he should definitely be added to th elist
