I remember a Tzitzi-Ya-Ku kept knocking me off some vines with its flash bang, so I went murder mode on it. Got one or two wyvern tears off it as well.

All big creatures are considered wyvern. So there may be a chance to pick it up from any one of them. Picked it up from a Pukie-Pukie
