      Don't be fooled by the 420 water element, it's a hidden element. Meaning you will need the free ele/ammo up lvl3 skill.

        Everyone says these Guild Palace weapons are weak and terrible, but don't listen. They're certainly no Safi weapons, but they're still very strong and viable weapons, even as elementless. The bow carried me through the Guiding Lands like a charm.
