Event Quests in Monster Hunter World (MHW) are special, time-limited quests. Players do not need to complete these quest to progress the story and access the game, but will benefit from special rewards for doing these additional objectives. Event Quests used to be time-limited and could only be completed during a specific timeframe, but now are generally available full-time with the Gathering Hub events rotating on a regular basis, so all unique rewards are available - this includes the Safi'jivva and Kulve Turoth siege events, which rotate bi-weekly.
As of 2024, two event quests - the Assassin's Creed and MH movie collaborations - are no longer available for players, though any rewards gained from previously completing these quests will remain.

I have tickets from events. HOW do I redeem them? When I get into the Smithy, there's nothing in my inventory I can redeem. If I go across the hall, they offer to buy them for credits, not redeem them for anything substantial.

i got the 5 tickets for the gear, it unlocked the diver and blossom layered armour sets, not the autumn harvest set. I feel kinda scammed as the only halloween thing ive gained is the palico set..... the two quests needed to complete for the harvest set aren't on pc. so again console gets preferential treatment.

It's a visual bug, if you click on 'pc events' more than once, for some reason it will switch to a page that shows events for tempered deviljoe and behemoth and lunastra and other stuff that isn't even released yet. All of you just click on console events, and click back on the pc part, yw.
