  Poogie is not gonna show up in Selina until you progress through the dlc story (complete The Thunderous Troublemaker)

  So does anyone know how the hell you do this? Paw shows up, but NOTHING works. Walking, standing, even the poogie sleeping at the foot of the damn researcher.
