Rime Beetles are an Endemic Life creature in Monster Hunter World (MHW) 
Iceborne. These animals and insects are found out in the field, and can be captured by dedicated Hunters looking to research the New World.
These cuties roll snowballs, but they aren't building snowmen. They're gathering crystals of ice into big crystalbursts. So talented!

You can find Rime Beetles in:
- Hoarfrost Reach, Area 1, 6, 14
Rime Beetle Capturing Rewards
You can capture Rime Beetles by using the infinite item "capture net" then aiming for the creature with the control's trigger and pressing Square on your controller when the outline of the frame turns orange.

- Other rewards: 8 RP
Rime Beetle Notes
- "A species known to roll balls of snow, collecting crystals into a large crystalburst deposit."
- Appears to be rolling a snowball, but is actually a Crystalburst that can be obtained by kicking or attacking it. As with all beetles, capturing it with the net will prevent the hunter from obtaining its item.
