Peal, like the other elementally heavy weapons (such the the Blacksteel and Dragonbone weapons) has only two thirds to half as much actual damage (per swing) in comparison something similarly acquirable at that level (Lightning Chopper 2), due to how pathetic elemental damage is, even against something that is considered vulnerable to lightning. An utter waste of a weapon on the tree.
