Demon Ammo is a Bowgun Ammo type of Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW).
Upon being hit with Demon Ammo by a teammate, a hunter's Raw Base damage will be increased by 10. This buff lasts for two minutes (120 seconds) or until fainting or leaving the hunting area. Like Demondrug, Demon Ammo stacks with other attack buffs such as Might Seed/Pill, Demon Powder, Mega Demondrug and the Canteen's Attack Power Up buff. Being hit with Demon Ammo while its buff is active will refresh its effect timer.
Demon Ammo can be applied to both teammates and Palicoes, and can only be applied by players wielding a Bowgun capable of carrying it.

How to Acquire Demon Ammo
Demon Ammo can be obtained by crafting. The recipe will yield three Ammo, making it an efficient and potent way for a bowgunner to add to a team's damage output. Demon Ammo can also be created at the Elder Melder in Astera for 30 
Resource Points and 50 
Melding Points.

AnonymousWow, this page has no info on the ammo itself, like duration and the amount of atk boost....
The sharpness article indicates that demon ammo acts like sharpness +1 if it's like the old games it gives 1.1x sharpness making them not bounce as much and it last longerr.
