Platinum Pearl is an Account Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). These items do not appear in your Item Pouch, and are used for Resource Points instead.
A special jewel from the Coral Highlands. Bears a metallic sheen.
How to get Platinum Pearl
This item can be obtained by finding the unique gathering point spawning only during "Upsurge: Pearl Oysters" in the Coral Highlands. Gathering it for the first time will unlock the Hot Heart ingredient at the Canteen.
To get the item, go to the Eastern end of sector 12, inside the cave area, and look for a vine wall to the North with a small opening around the middle:
Get inside this passage and follow it until you find a large vine covered pillar:
Climb it and look for a small platform behind you with the item and two devil's blight on it, align yourself with it, and jump to reach it:

it only appears on MR? cant find it on LR/HR... PC version without iceborne, any sugestions?

i got these on PS4 but after leaving the area and going back to camp. they were no longer in my inventory....

The pearl doesn't exist there for me (ps4) tried every bonus....

You get the innocent pearl in the same area. It’s a lower platform that you can reach by turning around, facing to the 2 o’clock direction, and jumping into the lower platform. The pearl should be right there.
