Unless you need the level 4 slots on Glider+, this is pretty much THE mantle of choice for high deco uptime.

Just remember to be in combat *before* you equip and attack with it on, otherwise it will instantly deactivate. Your minimap will have a red outline to signify that you're in combat. Basically just attack first or shoot a monster with your slinger, and *then* put the mantle on.

Fun fact: in addition to the normal sprint boost this mantle gives, if you crouch down before you begin sprinting, this mantle will give you a big immediate speed-boost, accelerating you to maximum sprint speed almost instantly.
