Spread Ammo 3 is an Ammo type of Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW).

When fired from a Bowgun, Spread Ammo 3 releases seven projectiles in a wide spread, each of which deal Ammo Damage to a target. Only Bowguns can make use of Spread Ammo.

Spread Ammo 3 shares some properties with all levels of Spread ammo, namely:

• Damage of each projectile is affected by the Player's Attack Power, Affinity (critical hits,) target multipliers such as monster body parts, and distance to the target. Damage is not directly affected by recoil or a Bowgun's level of Deviation.
• Each projectile calculates its own damage including the chance of striking a critical hit.
• Very fast damage falloff - optimal firing distance is nearly point blank, while long distance is only a few paces away.

In calculating projectile damage, the combo move multiplier for Spread Ammo 3 is 8 at optimal firing distance for both Light and Heavy Bowguns.
