Big Bang Attack in Monster Hunter World (MHW) 
Iceborne is an Observation Log. Observation Logs are given by the Lynian Researcher located in Seliana which requires a Hunter to capture different photos for him.
The Gajalaka's Meowlotovs pack quite a wallop! I would not dare venture close, for the merest scratch would be enough to disintegrate me! Which, I'm sure you'll be happy to find, is where you come into the picture! I must see a Gajalaka Tailraider... I must!

Big Bang Attack Notes
- Most reliably obtainable during combat.
- Recruit a gajalaka, engage a large slow wyvern and watch for the molotov animation when it throws a molotov to assist you. The animation is short and hard to capture, although it counts almost all the way through up to the explosion for gold.

This has to be the most glitched observation ever.. I literally have a picture of it throwing a molotav and it doesn't work
