The Sound of Success in Monster Hunter World (MHW) 
Iceborne is an Observation Log. Observation Logs are given by the Lynian Researcher located in Seliana which requires a Hunter to capture different photos for him.
A Trouper wouldn't be a Trouper without its trusty instrument. I'm sure they must spend hours and hours in practice to achieve such a captivating performance! Sometimes I can hear the gentle timbre of their rehearsal at night, but I can no longer settle for sound alone! I need to witness it!

The Sound of Success Notes
- There's a couple different animation sets for the cats rehearsing, the one you want is when both cats are stable and end a session by congratulating each other. Taking the photo at the moment when they celebrate with the handshake as pictured above gets you the gold.
- To easily cycle through the animation sets, you can travel back to camp then return to the photo spot and it will reset the animation cycle, so you can reroll for the correct animation.
- Any photo in any animation set with 2 cats rehearsing counts for silver.

Is this bugged? I can't get them to spawn, i have tried many nights, but theres nothing on the map where they should be

As the first reply sais, you just need to go back to camp and to the place were they are until the animation's the successful one. If they fail in the one they're at they will always fail, if they succeed they always succeed and going to camp and back rotates the animations randomly.

I have no idea how to get the "Complete a rehearsal" part of this. No matter what happens I only ever get the first two requirements. I know the other special photos often have weird conditions attached to them, is it the same for this one?
for three stars completion: you need to find animation where cats are synchronized, at some point going in circles and finishing their's performance in a bow, not where one cat is falls on it back, to get correct animation simply go back to camp and check cats again
