  Really fast and easy celestial ticket. Do the optional quest Clashing Swords, spawn at camp 15, wear ghilie and walk with velkhana till he exits the cave.
  Then he will take flight and use his breath attack on one of the cortos, capture the moment the breath hits and thats it.
