How to get Celestial Wyverian Print
The weekly limited bounties award one Celestial Wyverian Print every week. However, during festivals, The weekly limited bounties become daily, the limited bounties will award a Celestial Wyverian Print on Wednesday and Sunday.
The Steamworks guarantee one Celestial Wyverian Print every day with the Overdrive Bonus(was weekly before Fatalis update), however, during festivals, this is replaced by a daily guaranteed Golden Melding Ticket with the Overdrive Bonus.

AnonymousI sometimes hear people say that these suck because they let you just buy rare items instead of grinding for them, or more so that they should have picked a better solution and this feels like a band-aid fix. After capturing nearly 30 Rathians in Monster Hunter Tri, I can confidently say that this band-aid somehow attached a decapitated head back to the body with only minor neck pains.

The research requests "Howling at the Moon", "Velkhana's Icy Breath!" reward a celestial wyverian print for completing 2 of the 3 conditions. There may be others but I haven't unlocked them to view their conditions/rewards. This is a alternative if you're dying to get a print or two during a festival. The sighting info is ridiculous though.

I forget when but at some point you can do 100 fuel at a time on the steamworks and then prizes get multiplied by 10, so I managed to score 10 Celestial Prints from the red boxes with pure luck, absolutely insane lol

You primarily use these tickets to meld rare monster parts that you may need for equipment.

Only thing I dislike is that the seasonal events replace this woth their tickets like the full bloom festival replaces it with the useless Full Bloom Tickets... wow a chance for RNG decorations and more melding fodder that doesn't even fill the gauge.... great. So much more handy than something that can give me that Safi Gem I need.

How about one of the special bounties this week is to hunt Brute Tigrex when his mission is locked until almost twice my MR? So a Celestial Wyverian Print to help finish my Ishvalda set is out of the question, and I’m mantle hunting >_>

What the tickets are used for is medling Monster Mantles and Wyvern Gems

Anyone know of a way to get one of these with out doing steamworks? I don't have any more steam to gamble with and I hate RNG.
That line. "Complete the Steamworks minigame perfectly - Fill the bar twice then do the perfect sequence for the palicoes!" What is that supposed to mean? The print has nothing to do with what level of the bar you're on, or with the palico. Sometimes input frames turn red, when you get the sequence right, you get a random reward from the red tier, one of the possible rewards being the print. It's not guaranteed and it's on the rare side, but that's all you need to get it. Just get the combination right with the red frames, and hope for the best.
never understood why this is a thing when the game gives you so many rare materials, ironically these are harder to get than just getting the mantles from monsters lol
