For anyone that is reaching endgame for the first time, you MUST kill tempered Namielle in guiding lands coral region level 7. These materials DO NOT drop from the event quest "The Distant Dark Tide".

I have lvl 7 coral region but havent been able to spawn her once. Tried changing regions repeatly, spam killing ebony doggo, killing kirin, I even discovered two elder dragon tracks and nothing worked.
