A recommended way to get VIP tickets is to wear the festival armor(which increases the chances to get VIP tickets after completing a quest) and complete fast quests like Flora Frostbite or Duffel Duty(only works if done during the festival).

I'm wearing the full set and tried low level helping and just doing quests but I'm not getting the VIP tickets

FYI the drop rates of these VIP tickets are RNG. You can greatly improve your odds by equipping the full 5 piece Oolong a+ set.

You can get these from Guiding Lands as well - I got one for joining another player's session and slaying tempered Diablos (actually slayed - not sure if capture affects chance for ticket).

To whoever is reading this if you want a vip joyful ticket I recommend crafting oolong armor and do a short quest to have a chance to get one if not your best bet is bounties and helping hunters with a low rank. -Random hunter
