Gourmet Voucher in Monster Hunter World (MHW) 
Iceborne is a Master Rank Material. These useful parts are gathered and collected by Hunters in order to improve their Equipment and performance out in the field. Gourmet Vouchers are an upgraded version of Vouchers. They cause all ingredients to become Fresh for this meal. Fresh ingredients increase your max health for the next hunt by 50 (same effect as Max potions) It will activate all of the food buffs for whichever meal you choose since food buffs are determined by ingredient Freshness.
The ultimate ticket, granting you a free meal using only the freshest of ingredients.

Gourmet vouchers guarantee the skills from the selected meal and ingredient freshness.
Explanation: There is a Star-Rating that shows how likely getting a food skill is. With only fresh ingredients your chances are guaranteed.
Example: If you have a difficult hunt with one faint limit but one of the daily food skills is Felyne Insurance (which ignores one faint) a gourmet voucher can be very useful.

Gourmet Voucher Usage
Gourmet Vouchers are used as payment for Meals.
As mentioned previously, using a Gourmet Voucher will result in all available ingredients in the canteen becoming fresh, ensuring maximum health and stamina upon consumption of any meal. Also, any meal payed for with a Gourmet Voucher is guaranteed to have all 3 Food Skills activated upon consumption.

Can you still get it from steamworks? I don't see it listed as one of the items you can get on the side when I use the steamwork.
I think you can get some from the steamworks, but I won't add it to the page until I know for sure. I'll pay more attention next time.

So what do these do compared to regular vouchers? I thought they upgraded vouchers so that it will always give you skills.
So basically Gourmet Voucher = Voucher + Max Potion?
