Rigid Dracolite Usage
This material is used to incite the evolution of Awakened Weapons. This can be accomplished by converting the material into Potential for your Awakened Weapons at the Smithy. Once an Awakened Weapon has accrued enough Potential, it can be upgraded into a new Manifestation of itself with unique properties. If the hunter is pleased with the properties of their Awakened Weapon's new Manifestation, they can choose to keep the Manifestation and its new properties. Otherwise, the hunter can choose to forego the Manifestation, and instead convert the Manifestation's energy into Stored Potential. The more Stored Potential a weapon has, the more likely it is that its next Manifestation will possess extremely rare and powerful properties. As a weapon's Awakened Level increases, so will the amount of Potential it needs in order to achieve its next Manifestation. More information on how Awakening works can be found here.

So Rigid Dracolite is used to upgrade Safi'Jiiva weapons that you can get from the Siege Quest. I still haven't been able to do the hunt, so this is secondhand info I got from a buddy. Really wish they'd put it on the page.
