For anyone wondering, you can also meld it at the elder melder with celestial wyverian prints which you can get at the steamworks as a red reward

To me it allways apears 2 times as reward when i hunt it on expeditions when i capture it after breaking its chest, head, and severing Its tail. I hope this can help you.
