Zorah Alpha Armor Set in Monster Hunter World (MHW) is one of the several High Rank Armor Sets of the game. Sets are comprised of five different pieces, and can be complemented with Charms, Weapons and Mantles. Armor Sets have special effects when equipped, and combine Skills depending on the pieces equipped.

Wear this set if you think it looks cool, don't let the community convince u that mixing dober, teostra and nergigante pieces is the only viable option. If u like it, wear it:)
While this set has an absolutely terrible, terrible defense, weak against all elemental damages but fire, what makes this set useful is that the full set has LV3 Blast Attack and LV3 Bombardier, perfect for those who want to make a blast build early.
For those who want to make a Blast Element Gunlance build which utilities a whole lot of explosions and barrels while having no problem evading attacks, this set would serve its purpose. Simply slap in a Capacity Charm or a fully upgraded Whetstone Charm depending on how you utilise your Gunlance, and you can effectively dish out Blast Damage over and over again.
One more thing, since this set has a terrible elemental defense anyway, upgrading this set would be redundant. So, whenever you want to use this set, learn how to evade instead of wasting your armor spheres, and only use this set for the skills.

I tend to use this armor when I'm using a heavy bowgun, the blast is super nice and works with spread/piercing ammo properly as well...If you play more of a sniper style with it, then it typically helps negate the terrible resistance it has against all other elements.
