We Run This Town is a Master Rank Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World (MHW).
This quest is rewarded to you after you've completed all the Master Rank Optional Quests below 6 star, as well as Faraway Lorelei, in Monster Hunter World Iceborne. (This means you will need the orange banner with yellow text on your optional menu for 1 star, 2 star, 3 star, 4 star, 5 star quests) Then talk to the Team Leader to claim this 6 star quest.

- Conditions: MR 24 or higher
- Failure Conditions: Time expires, Faint 3 times.
- Rewards: Research Commission Ticket +, Gold Sigil Scarf (Brown) (If you reached MR200 and complete all optional quest, you will also get a Diamond Master Symbol)

- Must complete every optional quest from M1★ to M5★ to unlock, complete with their special arenas version and Faraway Lorelei.
- Upon completion all of Seliana, Astera, and the Research Base will congratulate your feats
- Rewards the Research Commission Ticket+ to craft the Guildwork Armor (α+ Set/β+ Set) and several Pendants and Layered Armor.

AnonymousI finished 'We Run This Town' a few days ago but only now after completing 'Blazing Black Twilight' (the second Alatreon special assignment that unlocks his event quests) and reporting back to the Third Fleet Master I got all the NPCs congratulating me.

The monsters do not seem to appear at set times, but the next monster simply enters the arena some time after the previous one was defeated. I was still busy with Zinogre alone (the 3rd monster in the sequence) at around 40 minutes into the mission.

Final quest (story-wise) against 5 fearsome beasts with everyone cheering you on and congratulating you, all that for a ticket to make a meh layered armor.

Looks daunting but keep in mind their HP is scaled down a lot so its actcually easier than it looks

I don't know what everyone's on about but i don't think this quest was this hard. I think I had 20 mins left and I'm a dual blade main who didnt even fully augment his kjarr ice weapon.

damn, I wish I could use farcasters here... I let zinogre cart me just so I could change loadout for the last 3 monsters from electric damage to ice... zinogre took the longest to kill and the 2 last (brachy and glavenous) have too many moves thatlet then back away from me and I wasted my time chasing after them... failed due to running out of time... really annoying

Don't waste your time, this quest won't appear for some reason even if you do EVERYTHING from low/high lvl optionals to event/arena quests

You also need to beat the 6* Shara Ishvalda optional quest before you can unlock this quest.

Master Rank equivalent of "The White Winds of the New World". This hunt is a gauntlet of five monsters with reduced health, faced one after another. Be warned that each monster comes out a certain time, and taking too long to finish off monsters can make this hunt incredibly frustrating.

I had to complete every quest i had sitting there for 1star through 5star. I had completed all non special arena quests for all stars but it didnt show up. After doing all the special arena quests i got the orange "completed" banner and then the quest was offered by the Field Team Leader. Not sure if the Blue "completed" banner would have been enough. I had obviously discovered all quests since when i did them i got the orange banners so it seems this site is wrong that you dont need to complete them. The only ones i have not done are the special arena for 6 star.

This quest sure looks daunting...any tips on which preferred element to use? Going to tackle this after a few more quests (already did the Teostra and Kushala rotation quests)

I'm just gonna put this here since no one else is talking about it. If you talk to the field team leader after finishing this quest, there will be exclamation marks over everyone's head if you do (in all 3 areas: Seliana, Astera, and the other one).

This quest drops research comission ticket ± Which is used for a new armor set, some charms and palico gear. Palico huntsman tribute armor is cool

This quest is unlocked after completing all optional quests in 1-5* and completing the Shara Ishvalda optional quest in 6* called, "Faraway Lorelei".
