Is there such thing as a power coating skill in this game I know there is for some coatings which help your bow unlock a coating that normally wouldn’t be able to use

I've been having the hardest time trying to use coatings. It looks like only some bows can use some coatings, and they won't ever be able to use all of the coatings. Which sucks, because Tranq coating would be super useful but no bow I know of can use it.
In case anyone is wondering, power coating increases all raw damage dealt with bows by 40%,this includes raw damage from the bow, damage from augments, items and kills, they all benefit from the 40% boost.
