Blast Damage is a Damage type in Monster Hunter World (MHW). It affects player and monster statuses. Weapons and Monsters with this element will produce explosions that deal extra damage to the opponent. Blast Damage is not the same as Blastblight, since the player cannot inflict that status effect onto monsters, unlike other status-effect weapons.
