Fulgurbug is a Material type of Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). Fulgurbug was added with the 
Iceborne Expansion, and can only be obtained by players who own the expansion. Materials are useful parts gathered and collected by Hunters in order to improve their Equipment and performance out in the field.
Very rare Zinogre material, obtained with capture net while it's toppled. Compatible with thunder element.

"can only be obtained by players who own it" as in owning the iceborne expansion to be able to get the bug. The scentence is poorly worded. Probably from copy pasting.

For an easy exploit. Use the Zinogre special arena quest. Hit him with the falling boulders. I like to trap him in the middle to guarantee it. Then just capture net it's back while it's down to collect bugs. Return from quest keeping the materials. Rinse and repeat!

haven't gotten one but is it usable as a pet like flashfly?
