So... I know it's not listed.... but I just did the Optional Mission to hunt a Lunastra, the one that also has Nergigante in it.... during one of their Turf Wars, the Gem came off as a Drop
LOL I got the gem first time i fought her when you have to repel her in the arena. Thank god for plunderblade.
