Mandragora is a Material and Pouch Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). These useful items can be gathered in the field and brought along on hunts.

 

A dangerous fungus said to draw the life out of people. Beware. Required to craft Max Potions.

Mandragoras serve primarily as a Crafting ingredient in advanced restorative Items. Additionally, the Mushroomancer Skill allows it to be consumed from the Item Bar to fully restore Health and grant a Health boost of up to 50.

How to Acquire Mandragora

This Item can be obtained by completing Quests or gathering out on the field. Additionally, it can be cultivated at the Botanical Research Center in Astera after completing some of their quest.
