Well-Done Steak is a consumable Item in Monster Hunter World (MHW). Meat items are made from Raw Meat carved from Monsters and they can be brought along on hunts. Some meat items can be placed on the ground to lure Monsters and set up traps.
Provides a moderate boost to your stamina and keeps it at max for a longer period. Meat done right!
Well-Done Steak can be consumed from the Item Bar while in the field to cure Bleeding, raise maximum Stamina by 50 and slow its natural decrease. The addition of max Stamina stacks on top of concurrent Canteen buffs (up to the Stamina Cap).
Stamina naturally decreases by 25 every 15 minutes out in the field. Consuming a Well-Done Steak delays the next decrease to 30 minutes, where it will continue to decrease normally unless another Well-Done Steak is consumed.
How to make Well-Done Steak
Use the BBQ spit from your item bar when you're out on an expedition or quest.
Well-Done Steak can be obtained by properly cooking Raw Meat with the BBQ Spit from the Item Bar or Oven Roast certain items in the Canteen. It is not used in any Crafting.

Info on this would be nice, I'm curious as to it's effectiveness vs the energy drink.
When the song plays for the cooking mini game, there is a break in the tune and then a final 2 notes that play to finish off the jingle. In between those 2 notes is when I take it off. Perfect every time.
