Duffel Penguins are an Endemic Life creature in Monster Hunter World (MHW) 
Iceborne. These animals and insects are found out in the field, and can be captured by dedicated Hunters looking to research the New World.
Looking at these guys, I can hear their moms saying, "If you're cold, put on a jacket!" Hmm, does the hood come off? ...No. SORRY!
Duffel Penguin Location
You can find Duffel Penguins in:
- Hoarfrost Reach
- Area 7: Southern region. Will sometimes be on a lower inaccessible platform overlooking the water, but can still be caught.
- Area 9: Northeastern region through a crawl space. A penguin can sometimes be seen at the entrance.
- Area 12: in the Shipwreck Camp
For the quest Duffel Duty, go to area 12 Shripwreck Camp and go down, then position yourself near the stairs leading to the rear of the broken ship. Capture one penguin and they will all flock this way, so you can capture all of them and be done - usually under 1 minute!
- You'll get Penguin Ticket that is used to craft Duffel Penguin Mask Alpha + Head Armor.
Duffel Penguin Capturing Rewards
You can capture Duffel Penguins by using the infinite item "capture net" then aiming for the creature with the control's trigger and pressing Square on your controller when the outline of the frame turns orange.
