Bomb Arowana is an Endemic Life creature in Monster Hunter World (MHW). These animals and insects are found out in the field, and can be captured by dedicated Hunters looking to research the New World.

They're even burstier than regular Arowana, if you can believe it! They're sensitive to movement, so don't wiggle that bait!

I spent way, way too long hunting down a large crown for this, even using the new felyne food skills, but I accidently stumbled upon a fairly regular crown spawn site, which is where all the mushrooms are (and some Grymalkynes hang out) in Ancient Forest near Camp 11. Should have two different (very small) ponds and a place you can jump across to get at more mushrooms (iirc) and a bonepile. It's hard to miss once you know where you're at. If you're struggling for those Bomb Arowana crowns, I found both small and large in the same tiny pond there.
