Critical Draw is a Skill in Monster Hunter World (MHW).
Critical Draw Effect
Critical Draw is increased in level based on the amount of Equipment with this skill the hunter is using. Each level works as follows:
Level 1: Draw attack affinity +30%
Level 2: Draw attack affinity +60%
Level 3: Draw attack affinity +100%
Critical Draw takes effect for the first attack performed after drawing a Weapon. In most cases, this will require a moving draw attack, as movement of any kind - including attacks after a stationary draw - will cancel the effect.
Exceptions to this rule are the Hammer when drawing with its Charge ability, the Light and Heavy Bowguns, and the Bow. For the Hammer, activating Power Charge will cancel Critical Draw; for the Bow, the effect is maintained even if the drawing chargeup is transitioned into Dragon Piercer; for Bowguns, only a stationary attack within a very short time (likely 0.75s) of hitting the draw button will be affected. The only way to achieve this is with a Light Bowgun firing with low or average recoil, as higher levels of recoil will make a draw attack take slightly longer.
Critical Draw universally takes effect with aerial draw attacks, even if the attack is able to charge up.
Note that only the first hit of a multi-hit attack will be affected by Critical Draw, with the exception of the Bowgun's Spread Ammo and the Bow's multi-arrow attacks and Dragon Piercer.

Ok.So with long sword,i will run towards the monster and slash the monster with overhead slash just after drawing weapon.Does that mean i have activated the crit draw skill

So, does this technically work for the new Ia Slash with the long sword, since it’s a special sheath?
I'm using Greatsword and only the first hit with W + Left Mouse Click gets the effect. Aerial attack also get the effect.

Critical Draw is lost once you move after unsheating. If you are using a Dragon piercer build and you want to crit, your only chance is to move through the dodge bow charge without taking a single step.

I have two draw jewels equipped but it's only counting one point for the critical draw skill, is this a glitch?

How long does critical draw hold for? I noticed that when I unsheathed my bow and charge up, sometimes I don't crit at all. I have critical draw lvl 3 and my weapon is the Flying Kadachi Bow. Do I have to start charging straight away after I unsheath ny weapon?

Just adding this one here, Bows Dragon Piercer attack does gain the benefits of this skill! =)
Works on any "proper" draw attack, OR for a very short amount of time after unsheathing. Clutch Claw tenderizing attacks seem to be considered a Draw, here, but often only for the first hit (exception: Dual Blade clutch attack). The "first hit" rule applies to most weapons. includes aerial Draws, e.g. Insect Glaive's Downward Thrust. Longsword's Special Sheathe attacks count the entire attack. Hammer's Charge only counts the first SUCCESSFUL hit of any followup (and you can't use charged variants, so it's not that spectacular). I'd only recommend it with Greatsword, Longsword, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Wyvernsnipe Heavy Bowguns (clutch claw only).
